Check in the tank if possible. If the water is running yellow, the tank will need to be thoroughly cleaned. If the tank floor is dirty, you may be able to get the tank cleaned leaving water in place by having it vacuumed by a professional.

10,000 litres of water for a household of 5 should last 3 weeks or more, however this depends on how you use it e.g. washing the house, taking long showers etc.

Our water is sourced from Watercare approved fill points.

You can cancel or postpone your water delivery so long as you do so by 8am on the day of delivery, by txt message or email.

We can deliver 10,000 litres and 14,500 litres, up to 30,000 litres depending on site access.

10,000 litres will half fill the average sized household concrete tank.

The wait time varies depending on current weather patterns -peak of season, off season and the number of prior bookings.

This depends on the number of bookings already in the system and the availability of delivery spaces.
